At High Fashion Home, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team or visit our online portal to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 30 days of receipt.
Pack with Care
Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition and securely packed in the original manufacturer's packaging with all included parts.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
